The number one principle of feminine leadership, is to create your own feminine base camp. This is where you get nutritions for your body and soul, before you soar up to the highest peaks.
A huge error of the feminine is that we have a collective habit of taking care of everybody else first, forgetting to take care of our self. And we end up burned out, bitter and tense in our bodies.
A feminine leader knows that she cannot take care of any one, or any thing unless her own inner well is filled up to the brim, and she also knows that when it is overflowing she can make miracles happen in the world. (remember in the airplane when the stewardess will instruct you to put your oxygen mask on yourself first before you take care of the child. It makes sense does’n it? )
For me the Women’s Temple group is my feminine basecamp. here I connect with the wisdom of my body, the vibrant aliveness of my feeling world, and with the strength and support from my women’s friends. Silence , time for myself, and walks in the forest are all also part of my base camp.
When I make this my number on priority, my well is filled up, and I can travel the world sharing the overflow with the women.
What is your Feminine Base camp?
With Love,
Chameli

Dear Chameli, it is a blessing to have experienced you, it infused my whole being like the Beloved does. How blessed humanity is to have here on Earth such an embodiment of the Goddesses, not only one form, many forms you transmitted to me, to us. This gift you gave to me I will hold in my heart as long as it needs to take form and then give it back where it belongs….to the world. I wish with all of my heart that all women may have the grace in their life to get to know you, to be in the abundance that you are sharing – it will change their lifes – like mine is changing – incorruptible heartguided. I will serve that, what you transmitted. thank you, thank you, thank you with all of may heart. Blessings, love and peace to you, always. yours Raffaella
My feminine base camp is time spent with my Sisters. I’m an only child, but I’ve been blessed with many Sisters, including my mother and my youngest daughter! My monthly long, long lunch date with my longest-standing woman friend is not negotiable. If I say, “That’s my lunch day,” there’s no discussion–anything else has to be rescheduled. I’ve seen too many women used up and burned out by giving without replenishing their strength–I don’t feel a bit guilty about insisting on putting this high on my list of priorities.
Hi M
I love the bit that you don’t feel a bit guilty, I know this is something many women struggle with;the feeling of guilt if we take care of ourselves.
Raffaella, amazing feminine leader…
you are such a light, thank you for your generous heart
