Divine Vibrantly Healthy Raw Chocolate Fudge

Okay, here is my all time favorite sweet treat:

6 dates (Medjool dates if you have, otherwise soak for a bit in warm water)

A big scoop of raw almond butter

2 big spoons of melted coconut oil

Little bit of salt

If you want more sweet, you can add agave or honey or other sweetener,
but the dates make it pretty sweet.

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (add extra for a more bitter taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

(I use the black, ground up vanilla bean powder. It has a divine taste.
You can alternate with other tastes too, like ginger, cinnamon, cayenne, mint, etc.)

For an extra boost you can also put in some other superfoods such as Maca or spirulina.

Mix it all together in a mixer, until “fudgy”.

If you have: Goji berries, some raw almonds.
Put this in for the last mixing rounds to keep some crunch.

Spread the mix into a square dish about an inch/2 cm thick.  You can also drizzle the top with coconut flakes or bee pollen for decoration. Put it in the freezer until it has hardened. Now cut the fudge into small, bite sized pieces and store them in a container in the freezer.
This is super healthy so you can indulge in a bite whenever you want!
