Since the first time we gathered on the magical island of Corfu five years ago, our practice and connection to the ancient lineage of feminine practitioners have deepened in ways I could never have imagined. Together we have created a sanctuary for the feminine.
We do it together. And together, we evoke real awakening, transformation that lasts — feminine spiritual practice becomes a life style. We all contribute in co-creating a field of Shakti which again provides each one of us with powerful transmission of grace and awakening. Each year we arrive on the island this field gets stronger.
For hundreds of women, this annual retreat, has become the oasis we return to again and again to be awakened and loved beyond our wildest dreams. We have women traveling in from from Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Holland, USA, Germany and even New Zealand. Real sisterhood among conscious women. Women dedicated to a conscious world, for ALL.
The circle births us into real woman hood, it gives infinite roots in all directions. Surrendering into the flow of giving and receiving, giving and receiving, we taste real sisterhood. Trust. Strong, brave, clear, beauty.
The Yogini circle reminds us to dance, to shake, to howl. We are opened, we are recognized, we are awakened. It stretches us, massages us, tickles us, nurses us, pushes us, and it holds us tight, tight, through it all.
We practice the feminine way, an all inclusive in-the-body spirituality, beyond dusty dogmas and far fetched goals of the future. Spiritual awakening, instead of being a peak experience you once had, or a concept you read about and compare yourself with, becomes a lived and embodied realization of freedom and love uniquely experienced and expressed through each woman.
The Yogini circle is the bridge across the tormenting schism between spirit and our aching humanness. It rips away the fog, the dusty old concepts, the plastic spiritual food, and invites us to feast at the table with the Goddess herself.
I am happy and honored that master Dance Goddess Carina-Maria Caur (yes, that’s the beauty next to me on the photo below) will again join us to teach the dance sessions (and lead the chanting of course!) , Anita Wiger will as usual be the Head Goddess of staff, and Catarina Olvenmark a seasoned practitioner, has taken the seat as our organizing Goddess. Bibbi Friman the photographer behind most of the photos on this site will also join us again. We will of course as always also be joined by an outstanding assistant team. We do it together.
And did I mention the beauty, the ocean, the sun, the olive groves? And the food…
(We are booked solid each year and we are already now receiving registrations daily, so register now to claim YOUR seat.)
With infinite love,
