Rooted in an ancient lineage we practice embodied spirituality in the midst of our lives as modern women - We meet in online Sadhana intensives, in live retreats and trainings.
In our daily lives we support and challenge each other into the real in our vibrantly alive online community forum, and many women meet in Women’s Temple Groups in their home town. - Women from all corners of the world contribute in co-creating a field of Shakti, which again provides each one of us with a powerful transmission of grace and awakening.
We practice the feminine way, an all inclusive in-the-body spirituality, beyond dusty dogmas and far fetched goals of the future. Spiritual awakening, instead of being a peak experience you once had, or a concept you read about and compare yourself with, becomes a lived and embodied realization of freedom and love uniquely experienced and expressed through each woman. - All the work of the Awakening Women Institute rises out of a passionate intention to bring true peace and happiness to all sentient beings, and our programs are our contribution to that.
We donate money each month to Pacha Mama Alliance, Kiva, and the Hunger Project, so when you buy any of our products/services you also support these causes.

Founder of Awakening Women Institute
CHAMELI ARDAGH is a leading pioneer in contemporary feminine spirituality, and she has inspired thousands of women around the world through her breakthrough methods for living and embodying feminine awakening. She is especially appreciated for her love of mythology and storytelling as a method for illuminating our hidden strength and beauty.

Chameli has taken every opportunity to become adept in her field through her own practice as well as through extensive training in group dynamics, meditation and spiritual counseling.
She is initiator of a global network of groups for women, and the author of two books on feminine empowerment and spirituality,
which have been published in three languages.
Chameli was featured in the book Ordinary Women, Extra-ordinary Wisdom: The Feminine face of Awakening (www. extraordinarywisdom.net) by Rita Marie Robinson, M.A, a collection of conversations with women spiritual teachers. She was also featured in The Translucent Revolution by Arjuna Ardagh, as an authority on feminine spiritual practice and in Hope Beneath Our Feet by Martin Koegh.
Chameli was born in Norway and now lives in Northern California with her husband Arjuna and Angel the cat.

Bibbie is also a Temple-mama and a graduate of the Women´s Group Facilitator Training. She is the photographer in our Corfu Retreat and is the artist behind many of the images on this site.
