We know from our own experience that when women come together to support and nourish each other we truly shine and live our highest potential. In short, magic happens!
Our month-long wellness community, “30 Days to Vibrant Health” will begin on Thursday, April 23.
We have been engaging in self-nourishing practices this month to rejuvenate, and we invite you to do the same!
We all want to take better care of ourselves. We all want to feel more energetic, radiant, and beautiful from the inside out. We all want to have that “glow” or “je ne sais quoi”!
Spring is the ideal time to cleanse and rejuvenate. When we set aside time for extra self-care during these months we can feel an inner blossoming that matches the flowering of Nature around us.
Since each one of us have different body types, lifestyle demands, budgets, and goals, we will not provide “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts” or a one -size- fits-all diet plan.
Instead, we will offer you options through tips and recipes, meditations, yoga postures, and inspiration to keep you going!
Amidst busy work schedules, happy hours with friends, and more, you will find it much easier to stay on your unique plan for self-care with the support of a community of women.

Sara Avant Stover is a writer and internationally celebrated Yoga teacher, specializing in the upliftment of women in all stages of life. Having taught thousands of students in over a dozen countries, her articles are also published in leading wellness and spirituality magazines.
Chameli Ardagh is a celebrated transformational leader and one of the worlds leading pioneers on contemporary feminine spirituality. She is the author of two books on feminine spirituality. Director, founder and senior teacher with the Awakening Women Institute , she delivers public talks, seminars and trainings all over the world to awaken and empower women.
Peach Friedman, author of “Diary of an Exercise Addict,” is a nationally recognized personal trainer specializing in balanced, pleasurable fitness for women. Also a spokesperson for the National Eating Disorders Association, Peach’s book has received international acclaim. She lectures regularly at universities and conferences, empowering audiences with her powerful message of positive body image and intuitive, mindful fitness. Peach believes that we all can love our bodies, and has dedicated her work toward helping women cultivate nurturing, flourishing relationships with the skin they’re already in. Last, but not least, she is the mother of a beautiful baby girl!
