Here you are…
living, breathing, loving
grieving, spinning, scrambling
longing, serving, stumbling
praying, creating, coping, expanding…

Dear one, we know…
it is not for the fainthearted
to walk in truth and beauty through times of
such fundamental disruption and change.

How do you hold yourself, and others through it all?

How do you receive, and give, real sustenance?

How can you live in dignity and sacred duty,
honoring your unique thread in the vast tapestry of life?

How do you guard the innocence and raw warmth
of love and sex and pleasure,
in the midst of all the ugliness?

How do you create tiny pockets of sacredness
when practicalities and pressure
seem to zap the life out of your bones?

How do you stay present with heartbreak
and that urge to save us all?

What do you do with that hunger for simplicity and joy?

These are big and important questions…
the kind of questions that break the trance of mindless habit
and reroute you back to the sacred work you are here to do.

These are questions that open doors.

Come, enter…

On this journey with Lakshmi, the Hindu Goddess of abundance, beauty and prosperity, you will practice to live in the frequency of abundance, and learn how this is such a needed antidote to the hoarding, greed and exploitation of earth that we are trapped in.

Lakshmi mirrors to us a radically inclusive spirituality where the mess and beauty of embodied life is celebrated—not as a distraction to our spiritual path, but as the very expression of Her undivided totality.

Through storytelling, myth, mantra, alchemical inner journeys, and simple practices that you can integrate into your daily life, you will be supported to root yourself and your life in an intimacy with the Goddess.

Lakshmi radically expands our vision
of how abundantly we can live, give and receive.

Seated on a Lotus flower with four arms—all parts of Her holy body
—all leading us into the heart of abundance, and giving us maps of how to live it.

We will explore her arms as four sacred pathways for living rooted in spirit.

Dharma (living in alignment and integrity):

Your Dharma is the unique vibration of you, fully expressed in the infinite matrix of life.

The longing to show up and to contribute
who we are is shared by all of life.
Look at the flowers, the animals, the fungi, the rivers, look at children, everybody wants to take part, to belong and be recognized in the wheel of life.

So why do we make it so personal? Why do we make our longing to give our gifts about “being good enough”, or the “right moment”, or “getting it right”?

Lakshmi gives you powerful keys of how to connect with and to live aligned with your dharma.

When you live your dharma and unhook from the external expectations and definition of success we so often compare ourselves with, meaning and grace trickles through your life. You taste the sweet sense of fulfillment from guarding that which you love the most, honoring the agreement you came in with, and finally walking the path that is intimately yours.

Artha (wealth):

Artha is the resources and means you need to live your Dharma.

This can include money, home, skills, support, community, food, material resources, health.

Lakshmi shows us a holistic view on wealth. She is known to have 108 names, each pointing to a different resource available to us.

Here are just a few meanings of her many names: the end of poverty, playful eyes, joy of financial freedom, the spark of life in children as they grow, contentment, health, peace.

Kama (sensuality, desire, love):

We all know how we can get lost in obsession, in addiction, in endless craving and neediness. Yes, desire, left to the unconscious, can lead you to all those places and more.

But the very same desire, rooted in your Dharma, is the fuel to your creative visions, it is the power of evolution itself.

We often speak of beauty, pleasure and sensuality as somehow being optional and even frivolous luxuries, “if there is time”.

In practice with Kama we let the senses guide us, tickle us, nourish us. Opening to the sweetness of pleasure, music, colors, tastes, art, poetry and beauty brings us into a deeper intimacy with life, with the essence of who we truly are.

Moksha (ultimate liberation):

The fruit of the Goddess path is the realization of Moksha/freedom.

The awakening of Moksha is not a process in time, it is neither an awesome experience you once had, nor a goal to reach later. It is not about rejecting the human mess of your so called “ordinary life”, to chase the elusive ideal of perfection.

Moksha is your luminous presence, always right here, in the moment, fresh and impossible to grasp and explain with the mind. You can only be it, in moment-to-moment open surrender.

I was delighted and inspired by Chamelis talks and by the practice. Especially to see not only my body but also my home as Lakshmi’s Temple gave me a totally new perspective on my household tasks! Seeing and hearing Chameli talking about the many aspects of Lakshmi supported me the most.

Inviting Lakshmi into my life on a deeper level was a gift during this insane time on the planet. What supported me the most moving at my own pace. Learning more about each of Lakshmi’s 4 arms and where I am in need of more balance. I loved the combination of movement, stillness and introspection and story telling in a safe container.

“This immersion was so complete, rooted in the everyday life..I felt after few weeks that my inner vibration has changed.
I loved the structure of the 4 arms of Lakshmi and exploring these aspects of my life have allowed awareness to expand from moment to moment.

FAQ

BLANK

Who is it for?

All levels of experience are welcome. Our focus in embodied spirituality is on direct experience of the Goddess as she expresses herself uniquely through you and your life.

If you long to root yourself in a deeper truth, to live awakening in your daily life, to embody Shakti—the divine creative power—more fully, then this immersion is for you. YOUR experience is the authority. Always.

Will I have the time to do this immersion in the midst of a busy life?

You participate as much as is possible for you. To do some practice is better than no practice, and many of the practices are done in the midst of your life.

Once you enter the immersion, Lakshmi, the practices and teachings often, independent of how much you “do”, touch your life in unexpected ways.

What if I get distracted and fall behind?

More than a course, this is an initiation that can radically change your life, so please rest assured that you will not get less benefit if you take your time with the material.

We will send you a reminder every week to support you staying with the course.

In the first module you will learn a simple morning practice, and we recommend that you stick to that even if your life gets full and you choose to put on hold watching and reading the modules for a while.

Is there a community group?

We don’t have a community group because this is a self-paced course that people start and end at different times. This immersion is between you and Lakshmi.

Will I have personal support from Chameli?

This immersion is between you and Lakshmi, and Chameli will guide you via the pre-recorded teachings and practice instructions. If you wish for more individual support you can book a private mentoring session with her here.

I participated in the live immersion 2020, is there a repeater discount?

Yes, we would love to have you join again!
We have sent you an email with a discount code, if you can’t find it, contact us at yoginiteam@awakeningwomen.com

Do you offer refunds?

No, we don’t offer refunds.

I have another question…

Beating a sacred drum.
