Just for a moment, experiment to simply stay present with the felt sense of your experience. You may notice an urge to label it as thoughts or feelings, to put it all into tidy boxes. We do this all day long. But for now relax all of that and simply breathe and stay with the sensations of how this moment expresses itself in your body.

All of this is not so solid and defined as you usually take it to be. Relax into the underlying vibrational reality of your experience and discover the spaciousness, connection and freedom that makes sages in all dimensions howl in devotion.
