This is an easy and sensuous way to drop into
the body and Presence. It is one of our foundational
yogini practices that we do again and again.
It establishes us firmly in a felt sense of our experience,
our portal to the practices of the yogini,
the practices of embodied awakening.
You can do the Goddess Rinse sitting or standing.
Let the breath drop deep inside your body,
relaxing your jaws.
Bring your hands to the top of your head,
taking a few more deep breaths all the way down into the pelvis.
Slowly begin to stroke and massage your head and ears,
face, neck, arms, breasts and belly.
Stroke and massage down your body,
all the way to the feet.
Hang down, bent over from the waist for a few breaths.
Allow your upper body and head to become loose and heavy;
connect with the earth beneath you.
Then move up the legs again,
bringing your hands to the lower back and kidneys,
coming to a rest over the womb area.
Take a moment to fully feel and open deeply to
the sensations in your body and the Presence that
pulsates through it all.
