The Heart Meditation

The Heart Meditation, by Buddhist master Atisha,
helps us to root ourselves in compassion,
and to allow feelings to flow through without them getting stuck.
You can practice this meditation alone with eyes closed,
and once you learn it, it also becomes a practical tool
you can practice in the midst of any experience.
