India Registration + Payment

Welcome to the Yogini Initiation Retreat in India!  We are so happy you will be joining us!

Here are the steps now to complete your registration:

1: We will need the full payment from you by January 1, 2016. If we don’t hear back from you by that date, you will lose your  seat + deposit. We will send you a reminder in the beginning of December, but you are responsible to stay in touch with us.  See the payment options below.

2: You can now book your flight to India! We recommend that you read the travel tips document below, which has some suggestions for arranging your travel to Rishikesh.

The transfer must be made in US dollars.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation before November 1st, we will keep 50% of your deposit as an administration fee. In case of cancellation between November 1st and December 1st, we will keep 100% of your deposit as an administration fee. If we have not received remaining payments by January 1st at the latest, you will lose your place + the deposit. We are not responsible for any changes in the exchange rates throughout the year. After January 1st there will be no refunds.

**In case of sickness or other extreme circumstances that make it impossible for you to join, we will split the loss with you, and we will refund you 50% of retreat tuition (the lodging cost is separate and any refund depends on the policy of the Sattva Center). If you have not paid the full amount yet, you will pay to us an amount that adds up to 50% of total retreat/lodging cost. We will need a document from a doctor or similar in order to support you in this way.
