Leading from Source is an advanced spiritual leadership training and intimate apprentice circle for emerging and seasoned group facilitators who long for a space to cultivate trust and ability to express their unique medicine, as well as deepen their capacity and skills to facilitate spiritual awakening and healing for others.
We will explore the more subtle energetics of women’s circle facilitation, the art of spiritual transmission, and the alchemy of embodied mythology—opening ourselves and the people we work with into our deepest Source connection.
As your guide and mentor, Chameli will share from a living lineage of Goddess Wisdom that is at the center of her life and work.
Chameli has facilitated groups and trainings since 1998, and although she has trained close to a thousand group facilitators, this training will be the first time she is creating a more in‑depth apprenticeship container for a small group of leaders to whom she will pass on the deeper energetic nuances of transmission and facilitation that she has learned over the last decades.
As your guide and mentor, Chameli will share from a living lineage of Goddess Wisdom that is at the center of her life and work.

With shaky knees and an open heart, I met myself honestly, stood before the Great Goddess, and stepped back into my rightful place. The experience strengthens my devotion to my inner truth and renews my commitment to the Goddess. I softened, surrendered, received love, and offered love—through listening, touch, meditation, movement, silence, and sound. Every expression was welcomed, and healing unfolded naturally.

What happens after I apply?
We will review your application and if it is a fit and there’s space you will hear from us with instructions for how to register and pay. The training program begins with the Shakti Dharma Path in November.
What if I can’t make it to the live online classes?
We do recommend that you plan so that you can attend the classes live, and we also understand that that is not always possible. All online classes will be recorded so you can catch up on your own time.
Can I work 1:1 with Chameli?
Yes, we have a few openings for private mentoring. If you wish to have 1:1 support, choose Option 2 or 3 in the application form.
What are the payment options?
You will be able to pay in installments. There is a discount if you pay in full.
What is the refund policy?
From the time of registration until the start of the training:
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from participating, you may transfer your registration to the 2027/2028 training.* Alternatively, you may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your tuition, less a $1,000 cancellation fee.
*Registrations may be transferred only once and may not be transferred to any subsequent training.
Once the training has begun:
All tuition is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend one of the live retreats, you may attend that retreat during the following year’s training, subject to space availability.
What’s the difference between this course and the Temple Group Training?
This is an advanced 6 month training for leaders who already know the foundations of group facilitation, and want to explore the deeper, more subtle nuances of leadership and group dynamics. The Temple Group Training is shorter, more foundational, and open to all levels of experience.
I am leading groups for all genders, would this still be beneficial for me?
The framework and focus in this training will center around the Goddess and the women’s circle. As long as you resonate with this approach, we believe that what you’ll practice and learn in this training will translate and be beneficial for other kinds of healing group work.
What if I have not practiced with Chameli and Awakening Women before, can I still apply?
You must have prior experience and be familiar with the Awakening Women approach in order to benefit from this training.
What if I have only practiced with Chameli and Awakening Women online and/or only for a short time, can I still apply?
This training is primarily for those who have practiced with us long term, but if you have a long term embodied spiritual practice, resonate with the Goddess path, and have extensive experience in leading groups you are welcome to apply.
