Meditation to Hold Space for Yourself
Guest post by Annemiek van Helsdingen
In this in-between time that we find ourselves in collectively, so much lands on top of the normal challenges of life. It can feel tempting to look for answers outside of ourselves. To look for gurus or proven paths. But what we know in our yogini circle is that a very large part of our answers are inside of ourselves.
And so my favorite self-care practice, is to hold space for myself, and to let that soul knowing surface.
Instructions:
- Give yourself 15 – 20 minutes to listen to the guided meditation, either before bedtime or any other time of the day.
-
Become present in your body and notice what is happening inside you.
-
Experience a practice that is inspired by Chameli’s Feel-Kiss-Flow and the essence of the Yin healing modality to welcome and include whatever makes itself known.
- Once the energy in your channel is cleared and flowing, receive the Soul-based Coaching questions that will help you bring up the soul knowing that is relevant for you in the moment.
Enjoy!
