Wisdom Keepers of the Living Goddess

with Chameli Gad Ardagh & the Awakening Women Team

June 2 – 5, 2022
Dachsberg (Black Forest), Germany

We call upon the circle of wisdom keepers, the guardians of Goddess’ mysteries here on Earth.

At this precarious moment on the planet, we will gather in the nourishing countryside of the Black Forest to pause, to rejuvenate and connect deeper with what truly matters to our hearts; to reclaim our origins: the living, breathing, root relationship with the One Who Breathes us.

This retreat is for modern day mystics, leaders, lovers, healers, space holders, artists, mothers and goddess lovers longing to bring healing to ourselves and our world; to bridge spiritual awakening with daily life; to retrieve and embody a leadership rooted in the Goddess.

In a safe and sacred container, guided by ancient wisdom streams and mythology, we will dive deep into ritual and contemplation, learn spiritual tools for living connected and aligned and we will “sing over the bones” from all the losses and changes from the last years; gather the medicine from the initiations we have been through, and weave it all into the unique path and gifts emerging through us here and now.

To weave the new insights and transformation into daily life and to nourish your seat as a wisdom keeper, you will be invited to continue a simple daily practice for a period after the retreat.

Warmly welcome to your Shakti Sanctuary:

Women’s temple practices and Goddess mythology, dharma talks, time for Q&A, nourishing touch, inquiries and guided journeys, movement, silence, nature, sisterhood and rest.

During the retreat there will be a rite of passage ceremony for honoring and completion of that which has passed, and stepping into a deeper alignment with your truth.

This retreat is held in English with German translation.

Is this right for me?

  • The retreat is for you if you are already familiar with Awakening Women and embodiment practices, and you have participated in an online Sadhana, Women’s Temple group or live event.
  • A lot of our practices are embodied, interactive and emotionally expressive. Although there will be silent time and breaks to rest and integrate, the Shakti-based embodiment practices stirs and liberates our life force energy, which can be intense if you are not used to it.
  • We do not offer psychotherapy. If you are feeling unstable psychologically, are going through a severe crisis and are in need of one-on-one support, this training is probably not right for you.
  • One of our core practices involves respectful touch. Your boundaries will, of course, always be respected, but if you feel a strong resistance to touch, this is probably not for you. We practice respectful touch a lot in our circle to bring presence into our bodies and cultivate the capacity to allow more life energy to flow through us.

Chameli Gad Ardagh

Founder, Awakening Women
Chameli (pronounced sha-meh-lee) is a Goddess Wisdom keeper. Her love of decoding and experimenting with ancient wisdom teachings through her own practice in yogini circles all over the world has crystallized maps of spiritual awakening and leadership that are accessible, practical and honoring of women today. Rooted in earth honoring, devotional women’s spirituality and goddess centered tantric yoga, she is especially appreciated for her love of mythology and storytelling as a key to spiritual awakening and embodiment.

So many women glowing from within, what power and beauty!

The feeling of coming in … the sparkling glow and the opening of the lower abdomen …

The first time that I “arrived” at a seminar immediately.

As soon as I entered the room for the first time, I knew that there are people here who can hold the room for very deep processes. So I could even indulge in a journey into the underworld quite full of confidence … what an exciting, deeply touching experience! What will change in life, I can not even foresee, but probably a lot

The gifts of the hidden and the dark, the depth and the yes to what is there and to bring that to light.

It is a wonderful opportunity to go deep in the women’s circle and to meet yourself and others – so fulfilling.

I am so thankful that I have taken this place in a circle and to know that this place will always be there for me.

How fast and without effort my female body can relax!
How relaxing it is to be in the circle and the silence and to listen and feel inside.

If you want to give yourself a present and are looking for a true love relationship, visit a retreat! You will arrive at your place, come home and remember.

The most beautiful gift is, I do not have to do it alone.

Lucija Divina Stanic

It was for me again a reminder of what is lost to me in everyday life: how healing the fellowship with women is, that the shadow does not want to be pushed away, but integrated, how much energy is bound if I do not.

I have learned that I can trust my impulses, feelings, inner pictures. I do not have to be afraid of my feelings. I realized that I have a great need for security and that was satisfied in this retreat.

Chameli creates a space in which everyone is welcome as it is. Everything that emerges may be – beyond “right” and “wrong”. It offers a wonderful opportunity to connect to your own core, to your own source.

I am deeply touched, happy, grateful. Every minute I felt “right”, lifted, worn and valued. I did not expect it to be so incredibly beautiful, enriching, ongoing and deeply touching. I am full of gratitude!

I just attended the weekend in Zurich with you and just have to write you to express my gratitude for your work, your presence, your wisdom, passion, authenticity, love, radiance, humor and beauty you shared with us so generously this weekend.

I am deeply touched by you, this work and the women I meet. I feel honored that you travelled to Zurich to spend this time with us. You are one of the most inspiring women I have met so far and I am leaving this weekend feeling empowered.

Chameli`s work is a real gift to the world. When women become yoginis, discovering and using their origin power at it’s best, it benefits their whole environment on all levels. Using the body as a portal to the inner truth and peace is a wonderful technique to awaken a higher consciousness.

What I see, it is also a true medicine for every human being in order to stay healthy and happy on all levels, because disorders always start with a suppressed feeling. Every feeling is a shakti. It’s a divine power. One who knows how to use it in a proper way really holds a key for a joyful and successful life in its hand.

It is a beautiful way to handle the Divine Mother together in a circle of dedicated women and continue the tradition of yoginis throughout the centuries, worshipping the divine. Thank you, dear Chameli !
