This is a guided inner yoga practice.
The purpose of this practice is to awaken
consciousness in and as the body,
to align with a dance between formless and form
that is already happening, all the time.
The practice is not a visualization or a trance;
it is simply a meditation to become present with what is here.
Lay down on your back, close your eyes
and set the intention to stay as “sober” and present as you can.
(You will be guided through the body
so if you know that you easily fall asleep,
do it sitting up instead.)
