Uzume’s Dance (17 mins)

You will begin this practice sitting or lying down, and spend some time tuning your awareness inwards, becoming aware of parts of yourself that are hiding, that are stuck or not fully expressed.

Then you will invite these parts of yourself out of hiding, out of the cave, using the power of dance and playfulness.

At the end, you are invited to rest and integrate in silence for a few minutes before the practice ends with a chime.
