Our inner yoga is a practice of returning to the movement within all things, a throb so intimate, so available…right here. A relaxing into the pulse of self-arising wisdom.
We practice staying present with the raw experience of this moment, experienced as sensations in the body, always shifting and changing. We learn to see through the solid appearance of form. We practice a fierce willingness to let this moment touch us for real, to let the experience of life in this woman’s body become more transparent and fluid. Vulnerably breathing right into the ache of our humanness and the astounding beauty of the infinite heart, we have a taste of the wildness which is at the root of the world, at the root of ourselves.
Our practice is an undressing, a holy striptease where the borrowed clothes, the too-tight clothes, the clever clothes, the clothes we have outgrown slowly fall to the ground composting themselves into deep roots of compassion and freedom.
All of these words are pointing to something in you, a texture, a flavor of you. Allow yourself to become intimate with this moment, with how life expresses itself through you right now. Be curious. Notice how it feels to move from this place. All these words are pointing to a current within you.
